Teenagers....

I received this in my email today and found it quite humorous. It's amazing to watch these two bloosom into teenagers. The only thing I was told was that when the baby arrived that you would have sleepless nights. The part that they didn't tell me is that it would come back once the turned teenagers. Posted by Picasa

A View from the Getty Center

Tom and I spent the day walking around the Getty Center viewing the photo galleries. We've been there on different occasions and have yet to make it through the whole thing. It's fun just walking around and taking pictures. I ran into several couples asking me to take there picture for them. Hey girls a nice place to go on a date... It's family oriented as well. We watch the kids play in the grass area. I got a kick watching all the kids roll down the hill. Well, enjoy the view of the Big City....

My mom was kind enough to watch over my older daughter this past we as she was sick. On a phone call to my mother, she told me a humerous story. My daughter told her that she was just like me. I had to laugh upon hearing this because little does she know that when she has her own children she will turn out to be something like me and her daughter will be twice as bad is she is being at this time. I've been blessed to have wonderful children including my eldest now that she has hit her teen years. I know these coming years are all part of growing up and becoming her own person. I just pray that it won't be to wild of a ride. At least I know what to expect from her brother and sister. Of course, they all have their own temperment. I ran across this picture and it reminded me of the generations. Grandmother, Mother and Daughter.... Posted by Picasa

Hercules

As I was reviewing my blog I realized I was missing my middle one. It's amazing how fast he's growing. Before I know it he will be taller than me. Oh no!!! I love tell him that I'm going to find his wife. I already have the perfect wife invisioned for him. I should start the interviews now so by the time he's 30 we will have found the perfect wife for him. Am I a mom or what. No one will ever fit my standards for my son.... Posted by Picasa

Dana Point

This was on a trip down to Dana Point a a couple of months ago. Tom and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. A whole decade. He and I gave each other a unique gift this year. Rocks.... As we walked along the shore we picked up rocks and exchanged them. I have them sitting on my coffee table now. I enjoy seeing them as a reminder of the commitment that we share for each other. We may have our ups and downs but we are there for one another.... Posted by Picasa

Where does this Lead?

Doesn't life feel like this sometimes. We are all on a path and if you don't read the directions right we could end up in the middle of know where. Read the directions!!!! Posted by Picasa

Sunshine at the end of the Tunnel

I like how the sun shines through the trees. Even though your path might look dark there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. We must always keep this at the for front of our mind. Never get dragged down by the drama that goes on in ones life. Look at the brighter side of things.

William S Hart Park

We spent mommy and me time at the park taking pictures and fulling around. Nothing like spending time one on one finding out what your children like. I see a lot of me in her. I see that she looks like me a lot as well now. We're finally bonding. No more daddy's girl. She's all mine. We love taking picutes and listening to music together. We need to do that more often.

Who's that girl...

Doesn't this remind you of days past. Being able to dress up like a princes and go door to door to collect candy. I like making the little ones do the work. In exchange for all of the Snickers and Almond Joys they get frapacinos at Starbucks... Can you beleive we are serving our children coffee now. What's this world coming to?
