Newt
Jessie and Thomas took the day off to go and see Newt at Nixon Library. Hopefully, when she gets older she'll remember this event. Who knows he might be the next president. They say that Regan's signature is worth a couple of thousand. Only time will tell what Newt's will be worth. They toured the Nixon Library and went to Newt's book signing. He was kind enough to take time out a take a picture with Jessie while signing his book. From what I hear from Thomas his book sounds like a good read if you're a military buff. I'll keep you posted once he finishes the book...

Happy Mother's Day
I am the most luckiest person in the world. I have a wonderful mom and aunt who have alway been their for me. Our ritual every year is to go to Tokoyo Steak House for dinner it was a wonderful evening from what I can remember. I made the mistake of having a Long Island Ice Tea and another drink called Lover's Potion. From the stories I hear I was quite entertaining. I think those two drinks have put me out of commition for a lifetime. The thought of a drink makes me queasy. I woke up the next morning trying to figure out what day it was. Not fun. I even tried to make it into work only to have to return home. All I could do is lay in bed and try not to move. One thing I do remember is how happy I was to see these two wonderful women and that I am the luckiest person on earth. If one thing these two women have taught me is how to love my children. I love my children with all of my heart and uncoditionally. I probably drive them crazy. They are wanting to spread their wings and I'm trying to hold on to them as tight as possible, but little by little I am able to let them grow... My favorite commerial is the boy that is sitting in the baby tub while his parents are video taping him and he like in his twenties.... That will be me.
This is to My Mom and Aunt... Thank you for all the love that you have given me.

The Big Apple
Jasmine had the opportunity to go to the East Coast on a school field trip. I'm hoping that it was an experience for her to remember and she will carry it through out the rest of her life. Virginia, Washington DC, Pennsylvania and New York City. On one of our two min. conversation she told me about the play that they saw on Broadway. Her words,"Amazing". She now wants to move to New York. I'm not drawn to the big city but I hope that this will be the start of an exciting adventure for her. My dream is that she will see that their is more to life than what is around. her... I dream this for her and her brother and sister, as well. It's funny how they each have their different personality. A few years ago Anthony went to Yellowstone and loved every minute of it. Now it's his dream to move to the midwest. I wonder what Jessica's desire will be. Only God knows. I just hope that each child will live out their dream to the fullest.
