  The three of use decided to take a road trip to Santa Barbara yesterday. Miss Jay decides that she must have bacon. Of all the places to go and eat in Santa Barbara. IHOP... And, of course, her weekend rituel to the bookstore. That was our day in Santa Barbara. I did have the chance to stop off and view the Art Gallery while they were in the bookstore. It was worth the trip to spend time with them for more than a few minutes here and there.

I received my new baby... A Canon Digital Camera. I've had it for only a few days and have yet to give the camera a run. When I first received it I was only able to get a few snap shots of the kids as they were uncooperative. I'll have to find new models as they are fired!!!!

The Adventures of Jess and Jewels

This past weekend we took these two young ladies to the Santa Barbara Zoo... On the way there in unison we heard," are we there yet..." and when we finally arrived we heard,"finally" Omg, they're a hand full together but quite fun. They enjoying having Tom to themselves so that they can tell him what to do. They literally hold him hostage to their ever whim. I told them that I would need to start going out on their outings to keep them under control. They didn't like that idea... He takes these two out and he is gone for the whole day.

I went with the three of them to Chuckee Cheese and it wasn't a pretty sight... He went to order pizza and came back with a million tokens for them. Talk about wrapped around the pinkie this is a perfect example.

He likes taking them to UCLA to see the sporting events. I might just surprise them on their next outing. To tell you how wild these two are they were trying to capture Anthony with a sledge hammer. I had to stop them, of course. I made the mistake of telling them how when Jasmine had her sleepovers her friend would capture Anthony and put makeup and write all over him with a marker while he was sleeping. Poor Guy... I guess, that's the job of a brother.

Well, I'm sure you will hear more stories about these two in the coming future. Until then.

Happy Birthday

Today's Tom birthday, I had hope to take him wine tasting in Paso Robles but that fell though.
It's been pretty quite today. I'm thinking he wanted it to pass without much fan fair. I guess that
happens when you get older. Well, just wanted to wish you a Happy Birthday Thomas!!!

Jessica is off to a weekend of snow and fun.

Sweet 16

Wow, how time flies... Someone just celebrated their 16th Birthday. Next, she'll be off to college. As you can see she has a huge smile on her face. Can anyone tell me why? If anyone knows her you'll know the answer. She is a crazy kid.
Her and I spent the day together and had breakfast and did a little shopping. We where hoping to make it to China Town but time didn't permit, so I owe her a day in China Town and a huge bookstore. We went shopping for a dress for the Winter Banquet so that took up most of our time. We had to make it home in time so that I could make her cake. The cake didn't turn out quite how I expected it too. It fell apart as I was trying to take it out of the pan. I had to piece it together but since we were having friends over for cake and ice cream I was to vain and made Tom pick up another cake... Anyway, she did get to eat the one that I made for her. According to her it was better then the store bought one. She knows how to bring a smile to someone's face. Till next time
