Let them Eat Cake

Here is the cake that Jessie and I made for Tom's birthday this past week... It was actually made from scratch by the two of us. Tom said, that this was his favorite... It was a lot of work for someone that doesn't do much cooking. I wanted to get the box where you throw a couple of ingredients in and presto German Chocolate Cake. Tom on the other hand wanted it made from scratch. Can you imagine the housewives of the 50's... Lot's of work but I must admit it was a fun experience. I remember making cookies from scratch when I was younger but since I've been an adult... Nope... If you've talked to my kids they will tell you if it's not something that you can thrown in the oven and leave... It's not going to happen.

Raquel cook???????? Since when?????? The only other time I have ever know Raquel to cook is at Thanksgiving or Christmas. And boy is she right. If it is not frozen you can forget it. Just last week I was in the area called to see what was for dinner and all she could offer my husband and I was a darn cup o noodles. The nerve. Ok kids you are more than welcome to come over when ever you want a home cooked meal. Just ask Jasmine!!!! LOL I love ya RCB, so are ya gonna go and tell Momma how mean I am to you?????
